Information about Boswellia

Boswellia is an herb from which a herbal-medicinal resin is collected. This resin is probably similar to the frankincense of Biblical lore. Boswellin is one of the primary active ingredients in boswellia. Boswellia has been used in traditional Asian herbal medicine for thousands of years, including Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicines.
