Roasted peanuts, sugar and salt.
Mix 2 tbsp. of PB2 with 1 tbsp. of water and stir until smooth. Prepare as needed.
Regular PB bloats me like a dead Frog and with this I can Finally enjoy PB again !! What a Pleasure ....I go thru a 16oz. jar a week now !!
I use this for flavoring in: oatmeal, protein shakes, pancakes etc. Peanut butter taste and some protein without all the fat and with substantially reduced calories! Makes a great, thin peanut butter "gravy" for my dogs grain-free dry dog food special treat for him
I work at all star and am always trying products. This is one of my staples. I use it in shakes and in baking. Delicious peanut butter taste but healthier. Don't recommend using it in place of peanut butter on sandwiches, though.
Best stuff ever, I have it with my cereal, oats, yogurt, on pita, fruit, celery, out of the jar or sprinkled on my fro yo!
PB2 tastes nothing like real PB, far from it. 2 tbsp is 12g which is 1/3 of 2 tbsp of the real PB (33g). Gram for gram, you have to eat 6 tbsp of PB2. Even though the calorie is lower as well as fat, but the sodium is much higher (6 tbsp) with the same amount of sugar (6 tbsp) compared to the real PB. In this case, it's not that much healthier to eat PB2. After eating 6 tbsp, it's still not as filling as 2 tbsp of the real PB. No matter how you mix it, it's like water. The taste sucks. It actually ruin the taste of everything else I mix in. Not to mention how much more expensive it is compared to the real PB. Definitely will not buy again!
